أجيب عادةً خلال يومين. إن كان البلاغ عن خلل، اذكر طراز جهازك وإصدار iOS وما الذي كنت تفعله حين وقع.
لا يجمع تطبيق «بسملة» أي بيانات عنك. لا حساب، ولا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع، ولا تحليلات، ولا أدوات طرفٍ ثالث.
كل ذلك مخزَّن في جهازك وحده، لا يُرسَل منه شيءٌ إلى أي خادم، ولا نملك وسيلةً للاطّلاع عليه. (خادم بثّ التلاوة أدناه يرسل الصوت إليك ولا يستقبل منك شيئًا.)
يُطلب موقعك لغرضٍ واحد: حساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. والحساب يجري كلّه على جهازك (بمكتبة adhan-swift فلكيًّا) ولا يمرّ بأي شبكة. ونطلبه بدقّةٍ مخفَّضة — مستوى المدينة يكفي.
استثناءان نصرّح بهما:
أولًا — اسم المدينة: لعرض اسم مدينتك في الواجهة، تُمرَّر إحداثياتك إلى خدمة الترميز الجغرافي من Apple (CLGeocoder) لاستخراج الاسم. هذا نداءٌ للعرض فقط، خارج مسار حساب المواقيت، وفشله لا يؤثّر على شيء. تخضع تلك الخدمة لسياسة خصوصية Apple.
ثانيًا — بثّ التلاوة: التلاوة الصوتية تُبثّ عند طلبها من خادم تخزينٍ نديره على Cloudflare، ويمكن تنزيلها للاستماع دون اتصال. طلب البثّ لا يحمل أي حسابٍ أو معرّفٍ أو بيانات عنك — هو طلب ملفٍّ صوتي لا غير، وعنوان اتصالك يعالَج عابرًا لإيصال الصوت كما في أي بثٍّ على الإنترنت، ولا نجمع منه شيئًا ولا نحتفظ بسجلّات تعرّف بك. مواقيت الصلاة والمصحف والأذكار لا تلمس الشبكة إطلاقًا.
يرسل الآيفون إلى ساعتك إحداثياتك وإعدادات الحساب عبر اتصال Apple المباشر بين جهازيك (WatchConnectivity)، لتحسب الساعة مواقيتها بنفسها. لا يمرّ ذلك بأي خادم.
التطبيق لا يجمع بيانات من أحد، صغيرًا كان أو كبيرًا.

Basmala collects no data about you. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs.
Your location, prayer times, calculation settings, reading position, bookmarks, khatmah plan and prayer log are stored on your device only; none of it is ever sent to any server, and we have no way to access any of it. (The recitation server below sends audio to you and receives nothing about you.)
Location. Your location is requested for one purpose: computing prayer times and the qibla direction. That computation runs entirely on your device (astronomically, via adhan-swift) and never touches the network. We request reduced accuracy — city level is sufficient.
Two disclosed exceptions. First, to display your city name in the interface, your coordinates are passed to Apple's geocoding service (CLGeocoder) to resolve that name — a display-only call, outside the prayer-time calculation path. Second, recitation audio is streamed on demand from storage we operate on Cloudflare (and can be downloaded for offline listening from Settings). A streaming request carries no account, identifier, or data about you — it is a plain audio-file request; your IP address is processed transiently to deliver the audio, as with any internet stream, and we collect nothing from it and keep no logs that identify you. Prayer times, the mushaf, and adhkar never touch the network.
Apple Watch. Your iPhone sends your coordinates and calculation settings to your watch over Apple's direct device-to-device link (WatchConnectivity) so the watch can compute its own times. This does not pass through any server.
